Length: pack of 5 sessions, 30 minutes each, must be used within 90 days

Prerequisite: ages 6 months - 18 months (dogs over 1 year of age must be spayed/neutered)

Saturdays 9:15AM-9:45AM - 6 dogs max
Drop in spots available but signup is required so we do not exceed max attendance. Sign up will count towards your pack of 5 sessions.

Please bring your own treats. We recommend not feeding your dog breakfast prior to the social or bring your dog's breakfast with you and use it during the social as rewards for redirection and attention. It is helpful to have treats on hand to practice behaviors and redirect dogs when needed.

If you were previously attending puppy socials but your dog is growing out of puppyhood and puppy-style play and you would like to continue to provide a structured setting for your young dog to develop their social skills, then this is a perfect option. If you are enrolled in our Adolescent Manners class, this is also a great complement to the class, providing your dog more off-leash socialization opportunities with other young dogs and people. 

During this development stage, your dog is progressing from puppyhood to adulthood. It is a time when the physical energy level is at its peak but the mental maturity is still very much lacking! We offer a safe place for young dogs to explore boundaries and come into their own. We highly recommend our socials over dog parks where you do not know what kind of dog is present and if your dog's playstyle will match theirs. Our trainers will teach you what to look for in order to ensure a successful play experience. We will teach you skills you can use to support your dog in developing healthy social skills through adulthood. 

Friendly dogs only. The instructors reserve the right to not accept a dog into class if there are any concerns about appropriate interactions.
